SESSION INFORMATION

RECONNECTIVE HEALING SESSION INFORMATION:
During the session you will be asked to lie down (if possible) on a massage table, close your eyes, and simply relax and pay attention to your inner experience. This is a "Hands-Off," Non-Touch" method where Debora works over, around, sometimes near, and sometimes far away from the body entirely. You will be effortlessly assisted into a state of deep relaxation, yet remaining fully alert, conscious, aware and awake the entire time.
Time: Sessions typically last 45 minutes to one hour, and a portion of this time is allotted to discuss your experience after the session and to ask any questions that you may have. This is NOT a type of therapy that requires ongoing weekly sessions for long periods of time in order to be effective. Often in just 1-3 sessions total healing can and does occur.
3 Sessions are Highly Recommended and is often all that you will need to reap the full benefits of Reconnective Healing.

Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes appropriate for the season. (Bring socks during the winter) Keep in mind that you will be resting face-up, fully clothed, (shoes off) on a padded table during sessions. If lying down is painful or impossible for you do not worry, sessions will be just as effective sitting, or in any comfortable position.
Avoid perfume and the use of scented soaps, hair and/or skin care before your sessions. Sessions should be as fragrance-free as possible.

Jewelry: All jewelry is fine, as long as it is comfortable to wear during sessions.

THE PERSONAL RECONNECTION SESSION INFORMATION:

The Personal Reconnection is needed only once in an entire lifetime. It is a two-part process done on two separate days for the purpose of Personal and Spiritual Evolution and Advancement. There can be 1, 2, or 3 days maximum in between Part 1 and Part 2. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour in length with some time allotted at the end of the session to discuss your experience.

1-3 Reconnective Healing sessions are recommended BEFORE receiving your Personal Reconnection process.
